Dr Alice Meissner is a dual admitted attorney-at-law. She grew up in Hong Kong, London, Hamburg and Sydney. After studying law in Hamburg and being admitted to the German bar, she practised in Vienna as a European and later as an Austrian attorney-at-law. She completed her doctoral studies at the University of Vienna with main focus on corporate law. In addition to corporate law, she was lead counsel in various international commercial arbitrations. Motivated by her own German-Chinese roots, Meissner continuously promoted legal exchange between China and Europe and most recently founded the "European Chinese Arbitrators Association" in Vienna with Chinese and German-speaking renowned arbitrators.
