Dr. Alice Meissner is a dual admitted attorney-at-law, registered with the Vienna Bar Association as well as with the Munich Bar Association. She specializes in international arbitration law as well as corporate law with focus on cross-border M&A transactions. Alice frequently acts as lead counsel in various international commercial arbitration proceedings and has been appointed in various cases as independent arbitrator. Alice is listed with various arbitration institutions and is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (FHKIArb). She currently acts as Chair of the newly established “European Chinese Arbitrators Association” (www.ecaa-arbitrators.com) and is a listed arbitrator.
